Valid bids
The server accepts bids using its time and the current minimum. Browser countdowns are a guide; connectivity or display delays can affect what you see. Check bid history to confirm acceptance. Fake accounts, collusion and manipulative bidding are not permitted.
Winner selection
The highest valid bid at closing wins, subject to any reserve price. There is no winner if the reserve requirement is not met. Check the final result and account notification; an interim display is not the final outcome.
Confirmation and payment
The winner must confirm the purchase, select an available fulfilment method and pay by the displayed deadline. The winning price and agreed fulfilment charges form the order total. Contact the store promptly about payment or order-detail issues.
Issues, cancellation and disputes
For technical problems or disputes, contact the store with the auction ID, time and relevant evidence. Server records are used for review. Order cancellation and any refund are assessed against the circumstances and applicable consumer rights.
